Meat / Veg Full – This is our main package that includes fully nutritional diet of 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and 2 snacks.
Meat / Veg Half – This is the simplified version of our full package that includes breakfast, lunch and one snack. Ideal for people that struggle to eat healthy during office hours and have enough time and like to cook their dinner in the evening. This plan consists of c.2/3 of the required daily calorie intake, i.e. if you order a 1350 calorie plan, your three meals will have c.900 calories.
