The right choice of a plan depends on your individual aim – whether you want to maintain your weight but have a healthier diet or want to lose weight in a healthy and effective way. The number of calories depends on your age, height, weight, and level of physical activity. We recommend you use our calculator that can be found on the home page to find out how many calories you need.

Within one week you should notice changes to your overall wellbeing, including increased energy levels and better quality sleep. Our meals provide you with the right nutritional balance for a healthy and happy life, with added time-saving benefits of no longer having to go grocery shopping, planning meals and cooking.

Your bag will contain of 3 meals and 2 snacks. You will also receive full disclosure of macro nutrients and number of calories.

Yes, all our boxes are microwave friendly. The meals are vacuum packed shortly after being made, to lock-in goodness and ensure quality is sustained. Be sure to follow the enclosed cooking instructions when heating your meal.

Certainly. If you wish to pause your plan at any time please provide us with at least two working days notice. Any unused days will be added to the total contract term.

This is entirely up to you. Our meals are designed in a way that will taste great either cold or warm.

Our plans are designed in a way that you shouldn’t feel hungry. However if you are trying to lose weight, this feeling may occur for the first couple of days as your bodyadjusts to a reduced calorie intake. And remember to drink a lot of water!

Yes. If you want us to deliver your food to a different address or at a different time than previously agreed, please let us know at least 2 working days in advance by mailing info@healthyus.co.uk or on Facebook.

Meals are delivered from Sunday to Thursday, the night before your order day. We usually deliver in the evening and suggest you provide us with a rough time slot you will be in to receive the delivery. If you are not home on the scheduled delivery slot, please let us know any other arrangements, i.e. store in a safe place, with a neighbour, etc.

Unfortunately at the moment we don’t deliver outside of Edinburgh. We plan to offer this service in more locations in the future so please keep an eye on our social media to stay in loop!

All the orders need to be placed at least two days in advance, i.e. if you order for Friday, your order needs to be placed by Tuesday midnight.

Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer meal plans for people with allergies but this is something we want to offer in the future as our offerings and product range grow.
